Shipping Information

There is a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $6.00 per order.  Orders are generally shipped within 4 to 10 business days.  If an item is out-of-stock you will be notified via email with an anticipated delivery date.

Priority shipping is available upon request for in-stock items.  Select the "Add Priority Shipping" textbox along with your billing information and we will contact you via email with the additional shipping charge.

Ordering Information

After orders are complete, confidential credit card payments are processed over a secure server as denoted by the "https" web address and solid key icon in the web brower.

Payment options include:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, & Paypal Accounts

Information provided during order processing is used to complete that order only.  Order confirmations are sent via email.  Other communication regarding your order is also done via email or postal mail.

Communications about upcoming products at Cocodots are sent through our email mailing list.  Email addresses may be removed from the mailing list at any time through the Contact page.
